At R for Rabbit, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
